Dictation is a no-prep phonics practice that helps students practice words within the short vowel phonics pattern.

This can be used 3 or 5 days a week depending on your classes' needs and time availability.

It is best used as a guided practice but can be used as quick practice, assessment, or review.

Included in each short vowel set in this resource:
