French months and days cut and paste activity - Les jours et les mois

These cut and paste worksheets will help your beginner French students learn the days of the week and the months. Great for core French and immersion schools!

How to use these worksheets:

One worksheet is included for the days of the week and the 12 months are on two sheets. Have your students cut off the bottom part of the worksheet where indicated with scissors. Then have them cut out the days and months. Now they're ready to paste the days and months in the right spot on the paper. They should put the days and months in chronological order.

Next to each numbered space there are lines where students write out the days and months to help with spelling. When they've finished they'll enjoy coloring the numbers and the little black and white image at the top of the page. This activity is included in my French months and days bundle. These word search worksheets will help your beginner French students of all ages learn the days of the week and the months. Great for core French, immersion schools, and even beginner secondary students!

This resource includes a worksheet with a blank grid for students to create their own word search. All of the days and months are written on the sheet. When they've finished making it they can exchange with another student and solve each solve the puzzle made by their classmate. 3 ready-made word searches are included. You can choose which one to give your students as each one is of a different level of difficulty. I like to print the ready-made search that I want to use on one side of a paper, and print the make your own version on the other side. I have used this resource with 8 year old students as well as 14 years olds. Please note that due to the nature of the word search I have not included accents in this resource. This resource is included in my French months and days bundle.

French Sentence Builder Worksheets For Beginners

These French sentence builder worksheets are great for helping your beginner students practice writing sentences using high frequency verbs, grammatical structures, and vocabulary words. Have a look at the preview to see exactly what each worksheet looks like.

Three worksheets are included, and each one provides at least four different sentence options, so everyone won't be writing exactly the same thing. Choosing sentence components makes this activity fun! As students they work through steps 1 - 3, they will check boxes for the components they want to include in their final three sentence paragraph which they will write at the bottom of the page.

Students will practice reading, 1 - 2- 3 - 4 step sentence building, and writing their French sentences while checking to make sure they have all of the necessary components.

French Verb Être Scrambled Sentences - Cut, Paste, Write, Draw - 30 Worksheets

This is a no-prep, print and go set of 30 worksheets using the French verb être in the present tense. Each worksheet includes 8 words that students put in order to form a sentence. Your students will enjoy cutting out the words, putting them in order, pasting them on the paper, writing their sentences, and drawing pictures to illustrate what they've written.

An answer key is provided. Check out the preview for a closer look at how to use these worksheets in your classroom and to see all of the sentences that are included.

The following directions are written in English on each worksheet:

1. Cut this sheet in half on the dotted line.
2. Cut out all of the following words.
3. Put the words in order to form a sentence before pasting them.

This literacy center or independent work activity for primary core French or primary French immersion is a hands-on way for your students to practice conjugating the irregular French verb mettre in the present tense. ✮ Spanish months and days word search activities - Los días y los meses ✮ These word search worksheets will help your primary students or beginner Spanish students of all ages learn the days of the week and the months. This resource includes a worksheet with a blank grid for students to create their own word search. All of the days and months are written on the sheet. When they've finished making it they can exchange with another student and solve each solve the puzzle made by their classmate. 3 ready-made word searches are included. You can choose which one to give your students as each one is of a different level of difficulty. I like to print the ready-made search that I want to use on one side of a paper, and print the make your own version on the other side. I have used this resource with 8 year old students as well as 14 years old. Please note that due to the nature of the word search I have not included accents in this resource.
