How to Use Boom Cards:

To use Boom Cards, you must be connected to the Internet. Boom Cards play on modern browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge). Apps are available for modern Android, iPads, iPhones, and Kindle Fires. For security and privacy, adults must have a Boom Learning account to use and assign Boom Cards.

You will be able to assign the Boom Cards you are buying with "Fast Pins," (a form of play that gives instant feedback to students for self-grading Boom Cards). This game provides a fun way to apply various math strategies learned in school. This is the free version of the Basic Addition and Subtraction Slot Machine Game. This version provides 5 preselected addition and subtraction problems to keep within the page guidelines for free resources.

Basic Features:

• M.2.4.B: Add up to four two-digit numbers and subtract two-digit numbers using mental strategies and algorithms based on knowledge of place value and properties of operations.
• M.2.4.D: Generate and solve problem situations for a given mathematical number sentence involving addition and subtraction of whole numbers within 1,000.
