How To Play:

Each player receives a Bingo sheet and handful of markers. The caller draws a card and says the vowel pair word. The players mark the word called on their sheets- if they have it. When a player marks four words in a row either across, down, or diagonal, they shout, "Bingo!"

This Jeopardy game is a review of ELA content in 2nd grade. The categories include phonics, parts of speech, reading/writing, and content vocab. It is completely interactive. No need to scroll through all the slides, you just click on the points for whatever category that you like and it will take you right to the question.

This would be a great product for a review at the end of the year for 2nd grade, practice during summer school, and even a pre-assessment for 3rd grade to see what you students know coming into the school year.

You will need to have a score keeper, and I would recommend splitting students up into teams of 4. I hope you enjoy this product. Please rate and review.

This game set includes four different games and only closed syllable words. Right now, this set includes syllable-CLOSED words but I will be adding all the way up to 6 syllables to this set. This is a growing bundle! These games are a perfect addition to your literacy centers, but also could be used in small group. Each game comes with directions on how to play and tips for use.

Short Vowel CVC Word Ladder Flip is a great review for students to practice substitutions with CVC words.

To play students flip a short vowel picture card over, read the word, write the word on the ladder (for additional aid elkonin boxes are added to some mats), then flip a new card, determine the sounds/letters in that word and write on the ladder. Continue until the ladder is complete, then erase (if used in a reusable way) and play again.

*If you want more of a word chains type activity just simply order the cards you want the student to use (for example; cat, bat, bag, tag, tan, man, map...).
