Martin Luther King, Jr. Interactive Lapbook Storyboard Graphic Organizer MLK

By Dovie Funk

My students LOVE interactive storyboards! This activity would be a perfect way to finish up your study over Martin Luther King, Jr. It includes open-ended questions, vocabulary and a timeline to list five important events in MLK's lifetime. Children are very creative and can use the artwork and their own imaginations to embellish and make it their own. I use file folders as the base but large manila or construction paper can be used as well. I've included pictures to give you an idea of how to arrange it.

Here are some more storyboards you might want to try!
