File Folder Count & Match Shape & Color Game

This is a great file folder game for your students. It’s a fantastic way for your students to practice one-to-one correspondence while counting, number recognition as well as shape and color matching There is #2 pages of numbers 1-10 as well as two pages of the corresponding number of shapes for each number 1-10.

Print, laminate and attach the #2 pages with numbers on them to a file folder. Then cut out and laminate the strips with the shapes on them.

Once everything is laminated attach a velcro dot on the front of each number strip and then attach velcro dots to the opposite side of the paper strips with the number of corresponding shapes on them.

There are two activities included in this package. One is a count and match file folder game. The game is a fantastic way for your students to practice one-to-one correspondence while counting, number recognition as well as shape and color matching. The task cards are a great way to incorporate shape, color, and number-matching practice. As well as fine motor skills by practicing the pinching motion in order to attach the clothes pins onto each task card.

The shape cards are in different colors so the students will have to identify and pick the correct shape and color. The number task cards have different amounts of each shape so the students will have to use one-to-one correspondence to count how many shapes and then attach the clothespin to the correct number.

There is #24 different shape/color matching task cards as well as #10 count and match number cards included in this product.

There is also reading practice on each task card for your older students who are at that level.
