Editable Student Name Tags

I have been using these name badges in my classroom for the past 3 years. I love the feedback I get from Substitute Teachers when they tell me how much they appreciate having students names at the ready. I keep mine attached to student cubby bins so that they know where to find their stuff at the beginning of the year when we are just getting accustomed to the new classroom.

-Open the file

-Fill in Teacher name and room number on the first slide

-Immediately click on the slide, right click, and duplicate slide so you have enough cards for your number of students

-Now fill in student names, copy, cut, and laminate

-using a hole punch make two holes just below the top line side by side

-slip through a snap clip so students can clip the tags to their clothes

These are editable choice boards for ELA. I have included 5 color gradients that you can choose from, to help match with your classroom decor! The categories that I have included are phonics, comprehension, writing, spelling, digital, vocab, and blank ones for you to add your own.

What is included are large labels for labeling any supplies/resources that you have for students to use as activities, and individual choice boards for each category with 6 choices. These are the digitally editable parts of the product.

To be able to edit, you will need to open the product in Google Slides, then wherever editable is written, you can click on that and type because it is a text box. You can also add your own text boxes if necessary.

This would be a great product for early finishers and also during your small groups (students who are not meeting with you can choose what they would like to work on)! You could print off each choice board, but what I would recommend is having the choice board for the day projected onto a board/smart board and have students move their names onto where they would like to go!
