Build sentence mastery with these interactive Sentence Builder Task Cards! This set includes 25 sentences featuring predicate adjectives and 25 sentences featuring predicate nouns, designed to make grammar practice engaging and hands-on.

Each part of speech is printed on separate, labeled cards, clearly indicating its function (e.g., subject, linking verb, predicate). The cards are numbered to guide students in assembling sentences in the correct order, making it perfect for independent practice, small groups, or learning centers. I use this resource with my 5th grade bilingual ESL students!

In this product, students will learn the English vocabulary word for the 31 different nouns presented that emphasize singular nouns and singular possessive nouns. Students will learn the difference between singular nouns and singular possessive nouns. Students will review singular nouns and write the singular possessive nouns and will then review the singular possessive nouns and write the singular noun for each noun provided.

The words for each sentence are not in English word order and are scrambled. Students will use the words provided to make a sentence in proper English word order that includes singular possessive nouns. Once students unscramble the given sentences, they will have the opportunity to make up a sentence using the singular noun and singular possessive noun for each vocabulary word. Pictures for each noun are provided.
