~ Night of the Ninjas literature unit can be used with a guided reading group or as a whole class novel study. ~ Questions use higher level thinking skills. ~Included in the unit: -vocabulary sheet -end of the book project, students create a game based on the characters, vocabulary, and questions ~ I use this unit with one of my guided reading groups. Students will use their background knowledge about our solar system and gain new understandings about our planets. This literature unit is a great guided reading group study. ~Questions are based on Bloom’s Taxonomy and use higher level thinking skills.
