Use these Montessori Math booklets to record static and dynamic 4 digit problems for all four operations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division). Reinforce place value by by having your students use the Golden Beads (or Base Ten Blocks) or the Stamp Game to compose the numbers and solve the equations.

There are three different versions of each booklet to help you differentiate for the children in your class.

• Version 1: all questions are printed and children record only their answers (this version can stand on its own if you don't have the task cards mentioned above).
• Version 2: children copy the question (from the card) as well as record their answer, for every second question.
• Version 3: children copy the question (from the card) as well as record their answer, for all questions.

How are your Lower Elementary students with their math facts? Are they learning the basics of addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division, or are they ready to improve their fluency? This printable resource is designed for your students to write their answers directly into the booklet. They work perfectly with Montessori materials like the finger charts or the multiplication and division bead boards. Mainstream classrooms will also find them useful.

This particular set offers an extra challenge after children have already completed the sequential order booklets and the random order booklets where addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division are in separate booklets. In this set, all four operations are combined.

These booklets are super easy to assemble. There is NO complicated folding or rearranging. Each booklet is 5.5” x 4.25” (¼ of a letter-sized paper) and one printed copy of the file makes two little booklets (i.e. a set of 30 booklets only requires you to print the file 15 times). The Montessori Number Cards introduce children to the decimal system. Children read and build large numbers and develop an understanding of the written numerical symbols for each category of the decimal system (i.e. units, tens, hundreds, thousands). This resource is a unique take on the traditional number cards. Lower Elementary children will have fun using this flip book to make numbers from 0 to 9999. Creative teachers will find all kinds of uses for this flip book. It's large enough to use for whole group lessons. Children can partner up and make numbers for each other to read or make with the Golden Beads. Endless possibilities.

To create the flip book it is recommended that you have access to a laminator and a coil-binding machine. Printing on card stock is advised for durability.
