Help foster a love of reading in your 1st, 2nd and 3rd grade students with these creative Christmas or Holiday book report templates and craft activities. Your students will love sharing what they are reading while also digging into the elements of the story and story structure. With these seasonal and holiday book report crafts included you will have everything you need to keep your students responding to reading in a fun and engaging way. This seasonal and holiday book report template includes a Christmas Tree Report and a Holiday Elf Report.
Each of the seasonal or holiday book report templates and book report crafts includes a story structure graphic organizer to help your students recall the elements of a story they have read. These engaging book report craft activities help students focus on identifying elements in the story like title, author, setting, characters, beginning, middle, and ending. BOARD GAME Book Report Activity

Looking for a fun and creative book report? This Board Game Book Report is PERFECT! Students work with a partner or in groups of three. They roll a dice and move that number of spaces in any direction. They will read the space and report to their partner about their book. EXAMPLE: If they land on "Author" they tell their partner the author of their book and their partner writes it on the report. (Each person is reporting on the other person's book by listening and writing what their partner communicates to them.) The game is over after the reports are finished!
