Students will be guided through their introduction to various parts of Physical Science. This bundle is 30% off!
They start with Matter and Structure where they learn about physical properties focusing on Solubility, Conductivity, Elasticity, Hardness, Reflectivity, and Texture, and how to observe physical properties. Physical properties are introduced,
Students then learn briefly about the periodic table and its history, and atoms. Students will also use pixel art to familiarize themselves with the table and complete a project!
Students go to chemical properties after and learn how to measure and be introduced to the conservation of mass via lab work.
Lastly, Students will learn about Heterogenous and Homogenous Mixtures. They will be given an overview of changing state to refresh prior knowledge and how that assists in understanding mixtures. They complete a summative lab that focuses on mixtures with a bonus extension challenge.

Biomes of the World Adapted Notes and Review

This product includes notes for students learning about world biomes
Vocabulary words that are emphasized in this product include: biome, climate, world biomes, tundra, permafrost, taiga, temperate forests, tropical rainforests, grasslands, desert, savanna, prairies, deforestation, and forage.
These notes can also be used as adapted notes for students who need more support. This packet includes notes on each of the 7 world biomes, maps showing where each of the biomes are located, animals that live on each biome, and facts/information about each biome, short answer comprehension questions are provided after information about each biome is presented. Towards the end of the product, students can complete the world biomes research report. Students can research an animal that lives on each biome and provide interesting facts that they learned as well. Students can then draw a picture of each biome in the a drawing section. Students can also fill in the blanks using a key to review vocabulary words.
