Student's need to know they are valued and appreciated. One way to let them know is it to present them with certificates, whether you present it publicly, privately, staple it to their assignment being returned to them or, if they have a student folder or journal with pockets, simply place inside for them to find! This activity on anger management workbook has been designed for managing anger in children. This lesson explores physical aggression through activities and worksheets which foster reflection to help students gain insight into their behaviors and supports managing anger in children.

Through a variety of anger management worksheets and activities, this workbook on anger management encourages children to explore decisions and choices around using our hands and feet to either HELP OTHERS or HURT OTHERS. This workbook explores hurting hands and feet and helping hands and feet.

Use this Google Slide file to display these beautiful images one-by-one on a large screen. It is best to use one of these images per day or per week, so these resources can last a while. Focus on the specific animal shown and discuss where this animal would be and how it would breathe and pose to gain focus. Make sure you demonstrate the pose with your class. Ask a student to help demonstrate this pose, and the sillier you are, yet focused, the more the students will want to participate with you in each of these fun and motivating animal breathing poses. This is a great SEL strategy! I hope you and your kiddos love this! Enjoy.
