The NO PREP reading comprehension activities are perfect for students in fifth grade or sixth grade. Students will learn about world history whilst developing their comprehension skills.

- The record-breaking American Football quarterback, Tom Brady, who was born on the 3rd August 1977.
- The former president of the United States, Barack Obama, who was born on the 4th August 1961.
- The first person to set foot on the Moon, Neil Armstrong, who was born on the 5th August 1930

Then, there are four biography writing units about Julius Caesar, Cleopatra, Hannibal and Spartacus. The units have been split into four separate lessons which will take students approximately 40-50 minutes each.

This book series is great for children ages 7 - 13, as they can relate with what Frank and Joe are doing and what mystery they are attempting to solve. The book, The HBs - A Monster of Mystery - Book 5, discusses problem solving skills, working together, cheering others on, not accusing others without evidence, problem solving, figuring out the truth, being honest, and being a good friend/sibling. The comprehension questions in this product relate with the text as well as students own experiences. Vocabulary words, their meanings, and example sentences are presented in the product. Students can also write sentences using the vocabulary words.
As the book is being read aloud, as students are reading the book or after the book has been read, students can answer the comprehension questions in this packet. Words that students may need help with spelling when answering comprehension questions are provided in this product as well.
An answer key is included at the back of this product for all comprehension questions.
