Make Fall/Thanksgiving learning fun with this engaging, hands-on turkey roll and draw craft activity! This includes a roll and draw turkey chart, 1 instruction sheet with a fold up die, and 2 pages to print with boxes to draw your turkeys in that are perfect for exploring what turkeys are and what they are used for. Be creative. Quick and easy setup plus clear student directions make these activities perfect for centers or substitute days, too!

Lead your students to discover the art of drawing funny looking turkeys that they randomly create using different body parts/clothes and art utensils. Explore through drawing, coloring, decorating, and if you want to keep going, have them cut their scarecrows out and decorate with various materials.

Students will love exploring how to put the turkeys together by using their critical & problem solving skills through this fun activity, and won't even realize how much they're learning! Use it after you talk about turkey facts or read a story about silly turkeys. Pull out crayons, markers, colored pencils, regular pencils and gel pens. Be as creative as possible. Make it silly or cute.

French Dots and Boxes Game - LA MAISON - No prep printable

An easy and fun no-prep game that will elicit a lot of exposure and pronunciation for the target vocabulary! This is a one-page dots & boxes game including directions. This game could be laminated and used repeatedly with dry-erase markers or played on an iPad with annotation/whiteboard tools. This game includes 60 different maison themed vocabulary words.

Objective: Complete more boxes than your component. Each player draws lines using a different color. On your turn, make a horizontal or vertical line from one dot to another. Say the words on either side of the line you drew. If you complete a box on your turn, draw an X in the box using your color. Once all of the boxes have been completed, count to see who got the most.

This product is a Thanksgiving-themed color by number. It has students answer nine 2-digit by 2-digit questions. The equation number corresponds with the number on the coloring page; (equation #1 shows what color #1 on the color by number is). The product contains two pages of the same multiplication equations but one page lists them using the standard algorithm and the other displays the equations with an area model set up for the students. Both pages color the same Thanksgiving picture.
