These nametags measure approximately 4.27 inches high and 10.91 inches width wise (numbers will vary based on how you cut them out). These are a bit bigger so they won't fit in the holders from target but they are easy to laminate. Once you edit - print on your preferred paper (cardstock is my preference - I like Astrobrights), laminate and cut! Easy to cute - just cut across in the middle!

Students will be able to use these right away to help with their multiplication facts, place value and gives them an idea of what the cursive letters look like! I am using them in my fourth grade class and the students are already raving about how helpful they are - no more straining to see the posters!

I attach mine with velcro so that students can easily take them with them if they work in a different area of the room.

You will need a font KA Jackfruit for it to look just like mine. I included the link to purchase the font in the file. Zip files open to an editable powerpoint!

Ways to use:

1. Meet the Teacher Event Invitations: Send personalized postcards to each student before the school year begins, inviting them and their families to a "Meet the Teacher" event. This allows students to get to know their new teacher in a relaxed and friendly setting.

There are 23 domesticated animals' names to search for, split over 2 word search puzzles, this would be a great fun way to learn about domesticated animals. It is a perfect activity for the class or to send your students home with it. Words are hidden in all directions and there may be some overlaps making this definitely a challenging puzzle.

With this engaging no-prep activity, students brainstorm responses for each letter of the alphabet. Questions include sharing about themselves, their likes and dislikes, what they enjoy about school, and things they want to accomplish in their life (aka, a bucket list).

In this no-prep activity, students brainstorm things they want to learn, do or experience this school year for each letter of the alphabet. They can plan, brainstorm, practice future tense, and think ahead about all the fun things to come this school year. Working in small groups or individually, students will surely enjoy this simple activity.
