Target language comprehension & sentence production of temporal and spatial concepts using your speech therapy students' math curriculum! These teaching scripts, Task Cards, & NO PREP Worksheets will help our students understand decimals by targeting language in the context of math. All SLPs knows how much language is embedded in our students’ math lessons. It is often taught in the classroom through following directions (“Look before the decimal”) or questioning (“Where is the 2?”), but we know that our students are often unable to follow the directions or answer those questions.

This resource solves that problem! Help students to understand the spatial and temporal concepts needed to learn decimals, while emphasizing expressive language development in order to participate in classroom discussions.
