Why does this assignment use Google Slides?

One of the issues with student presentations is the transition time between student presenters. When the presentations are all on the same google slide, transitions become seamless. Students recognize the difference between primary and secondary sources:

This activity will help students practice determining primary and secondary sources. This skill is important across a variety of subjects.

When given a source, students will determine if it is a primary or secondary source. Based on their determination, they will be directed to draw a detail to complete a picture.
