This Equations Review | Save the Galaxy Escape Room is a fun way to engage your students in learning to solve one step, two step and equations with variables on both sides! Complete the missions to save the Galaxy.
Your students are bound to love this done-for-you, self-checking digital escape room!
There are 16 problems:
4 one step equations
4 two step equations
8 equations with variables on both sides
This activity is designed to work on laptops, tablets, or smartphones which makes it accessible to any of your learners and students!
Since this escape room is online (interactive pages), there is no prep; just provide the link, and off they go!
There are no locks to configure or clues to hide—everything you need is online. No Google Classroom or Microsoft Teams logins are necessary.
If they need to complete it on different days they just have to save the address at the top of the page and they will start back right where they left off.

Solve each of the quadratic equations using the quadratic formula, giving answers to two decimal places.
Instructions
• Print off the twenty question pages and put them up around the room
• Each question is in the middle of the page and the solution is at the top of another page.
• A student begins on a given question, solves it and finds the answer on another sheet. The question on this sheet will be the next question they answer. Once they have answered all twenty, they will return to their starting question
• Depending on numbers, students can all start on different questions
• There is a student answer sheet included plus the correct sequence
