This resource is a We Beat The Street test that assesses students' overall understanding of the novel. While there may be only 3-4 text-dependent questions, the rest of the test consists of inference-based questions that require students to think beyond the literal meaning of what is stated in the text. The test includes a total of 33 questions, is separated into fours sections, and is 7 pages long.
The test is formatted in the following sections:
⭐ PART 1 - Multiple-Choice (Q's 1-20)
⭐ PART 2 - Matching (Students identify the speaker of the quote) (Q' 21-26)
⭐ PART 3 - Vocabulary (in the form of multiple-choice questions / resembles state exam questions / inference-based) (Q's 27-30)
