By Three Little Homeschoolers
Learn to label the parts of an ant, mosquito, butterfly, spider, praying mantis, and more! These no-prep, label the picture printables are great for practicing scissor skills or handwriting in labeling centers, writing centers, to complement science units or for ESL students.
Each insect printable comes in two versions for differentiated learning: one version is a cut and paste, the other is a fill-in-the-blank version with a word bank for more advanced students. Cut and paste versions work well for preschool and kindergartners working on scissor skills, while the word bank version gives older kinders, first and second graders practice at writing and identifying the parts of the life cycles. Printables come in both full color and black and white. Use the black and white version to add a coloring component to the lesson!

This product asks comprehension questions that relate to the Disney television series, Secrets of Sulphur Springs, Season 1- Episode 2 - Somewhere in Time. This episode adds onto the first episode. The episodes in this series are about 22 minutes in length. This series is a coming of age series for students at the upper elementary and middle school level. As students are watching they can fill out the comprehension questions with help or work on the questions independently.
