Evaluating Piecewise Functions Guided Notes | Partner Practice | Homework |

Learn and practice evaluating piecewise functions with this complete lesson. In this print and go lesson, you can print all 7 pages out and give it out as a packet to start the topic. Have them start off completing the word search with vocabulary associated with piecewise functions. Go through the guided notes with the piecewise functions examples with them (or they can do it alone with the guidance of the notes). Then have them work with a partner to complete the partner problems. After that they will complete the independent practice to see what they understand on their own. You can assign them the HW for the night. The next day they can summarize what they learned, reflect on what was challenging and what was not and then rate themselves on a scale of 1-4 to self assess how well they understood evaluating piecewise functions.
