Rainforest Memory Game is a fun way for students to review for an end of unit test and to learn new vocabulary for ELA Reading Informational Texts standards. This comprehensive 4-page worksheet is designed to introduce students to various weather instruments and their functions. Through a variety of engaging activities, students will learn about the tools used to measure and observe weather conditions.

The classifying plants file folder activity allows students to label the parts of plants - cells, stem, roots, and leaves. Students will also match the following vocabulary words and their meanings with pictures: parallel veins and netted veins found in leaves, soft stems and woody stems, smooth leaf margins and jagged leaf margins found on leaves, waxy texture, smooth texture, and rough texture found on leaves, and taproots and fibrous roots. Students can do this independently, with support, or with a partner.
