Differentiate your Life / Daily Living skills lessons with this Multi-Level Kitchen Tools Identification Bundle! This functional vocabulary kitchen tools activity is a fun and engaging way to teach identifying kitchen tools / utensils. Students need to know what tools are used in the kitchen when they are planning on cooking or working in a restaurant. Learning the tools found in the kitchen improve the life and work skills for all students.

Teaching students daily living/life skills is a critical part of a special education adaptive curriculum program. This unit helps students learn to identify 30 common kitchen tools and then apply that knowledge into how each tool is used in the kitchen.

There is a difference between teasing that is meant to hurt feelings and teasing that is meant to be playful and fun. Help students differentiate between situations where teasing is meant in good fun, and where the teasing crosses the line and becomes hurtful, or even bullying, with these digital tease monster activities! Teach about teasing to minimize tattling, help students identify bully-like behaviors, and improve relationship-building skills.

Sorting Mail with Task Cards for Job Life & Work Skills BUNDLE - Levels 1-3

Job / Work Skills are an important part of our Middle School / High School special education / Autism student’s learning. Differentiate your vocational lessons with this Multi-Level Mail Sorting Bundle! Learn to sort mail just like Postal Workers! Teaching students vocational skills is a critical part of a special education / transition to work program. This unit helps students practice job, pre-vocational, and life skills by reading the last name on an envelope and sorting the mail into the correct mailbox.

There are 3 Levels. Level 1 has 6 mail boxes with same color coding. Level 2 has 9 mailboxes with different color coding, and Level 3 has 12 mailboxes with NO color coding. Each level is progressively more difficulty and the cues / prompts are faded. There are 12 choices (mailboxes). The student will read the "mail" and determine the last name of the recipient. They will then choose the correct mailbox to "deliver" the mail based on the last name of the recipient and the mailbox.

These skills will assist your students in becoming more independent in their daily / work life.
