Penguin and Pinecone by Salina Yoon: Companion worksheet and story sequence

Delve deeper into Salina Yoon's heartwarming tale of friendship with our Penguin and Pinecone: A Friendship Story worksheets. This pack of 5 worksheets is designed to supplement your child's understanding and engagement with the story.
The first component of the pack includes a list of vocabulary words extracted from the book to help your child improve their linguistic skills.
The second component is a worksheet that can be used during guided reading sessions, or alternatively, it can serve as a comprehension quiz/test to measure your child's understanding of the story.
To incorporate an element of fun, we have also included 2 imaginative color worksheets. These allow your child to express their creativity and relate it personally to the story of Penguin and Pinecone.
