Sticky Note Print Template: Easy Feedback, To-Do List, or Emotional Scale!
These printable sticky note templates are perfect for providing quick feedback, creating a to-do list, seeing how students are feeling, or documenting accommodations or modifications! They are easy to use and print.
My favorite way to use this is to document my student's modifications or accommodations. You can quickly check the accommodations that apply to them and stick it to their paper!

How to Use:
Use the blank template to see where to line up your sticky notes. Lay your paper with the stick notes into the printer tray, either face up or face down (every printer is different). Choose the template you want printed. Then press print!
