Pre-K Child Care Printables (by price, low to high)

Use this tracker each day to keep track of healthy habits! This tracker counts quiet time, healthy food choices, elf care, rest, gratitude, and more! There is also spaces to draw or write in other habits you want to keep track of.

This is a behavior chart worksheet that can be filled out by the child with the teacher. It is supposed to help younger children think about their behavior and how they can improve it They should fill this out after they have been sitting in the thinking chair and had their consequence. Teacher prints off multiple worksheets and places on the left side of the child's folder. Staple one of the 0-4 strips to the folder with a paper clip for the child to move along as they get a consequence. This way it is private and other students can't see how many they have. When you fill out the consequence form, list the child's name, the date, and what consequence they are on. The child should circle how they feel and draw what they did wrong, and say an I will statement such as "I will sit quietly on the rug and listen to the teacher.". Then the teacher writes in what the consequence was and files the paper on the right side of the folder. Each month go through the child's folder and staple the forms to be saved and fill in the area that says if they have improved their behavior. This gives the teacher easy documentation. To show parents how many consequences the child had for the day, prepare a calendar with 1 circle in each day box and child will put the number of consequences they had for the day based on what their folder says.

File Folder Game:

This is a great file folder game for your students. There’s two pages of each set of colors. Print one out, laminate it, and attach it to the file folder. Cut out and laminate the other pages as well.

The sides that are meant for the file folder part have circles on the front where you can attach velcro dots to the activity and then attach velcro dots to the opposite side of the cards to make it easier for students to match the popsicles together.

File Folder Uppercase & lowercase Letter Match:

This is a great file folder game for your students. It’s a fun way for your students to practice matching the correct Uppercase and lowercase letters together. There is #2 pages of Uppercase letters as well as #1 page of lowercase letters.

Print, laminate and attach the #2 pages of the Uppercase Letters (pumpkins) to a file folder. Then cut out and laminate the pumpkin seeds with the lowercase letters on them.

I would recommend getting small velcro dots and attaching them to the front top of the pumpkins as well as the back of the pieces of the pumpkin seeds to make the matching process easier.

This is a great way to introduce colours and differentiation. These are fun, engaging and colourful cards which includes a variety of colours. These include Black, Blue, Brown, Green, Orange, Pink, Purple, Red, White, Yellow and Grey. Each card has a colourful visual with three different colours for students to match and clip!

Just print and laminate these templates for a re-usable resource that children can play with time and time again. Add some pegs and this will be a great addition to any early childhood environment.

These are both great learning activities for your young readers.

The word-building puzzles are perfect for building words using the sounds each letter makes with the help of the visual pictures for each word as well.

The alphabet mini-books are a great resource and are easy and simple to create. Each sentence starts with the same predictable sentence. This helps them gain confidence and practice reading as well as sound out each word with the help of the visual picture for each one. Your students can color or trace each word and color the picture on the page before or after reading the mini-book. You can spread these mini books throughout the year as you study each letter of the alphabet or use them all at once.

This printable book is designed to help children develop empathy skills and learn to name feelings as they identify the emotions other people might be feeling. Each page contains an illustration of a child and a short description of what that child has experienced, followed by the question, "How does ____ feel?"

Teachers or parents can use the mini-stories on each page to help children identify and talk about their own emotions as well as the emotions of others. Children are encouraged to look at facial features and body language to help to identify the feelings of other people.

Classroom Rotation Center Signs Space Themed:

I would print these center signs out and then laminate them. You can then place velcro dots on each sign. For example, if you only want #4 students in the library at a time. I would place #4 velcro dots on that center sign. Then during rotations, they can use their name or a picture of them to move to the center they want to be in. Once each velcro dot is full they will know they have to go to a different center until another student moves to a different activity. This helps you know where each student was when it’s time to clean up and helps students practice taking turns as well as helps keep centers from getting too overcrowded.
