Classical music has been shown to provide numerous benefits for children, including reducing stress, improving focus and concentration, and increasing creativity. These activities are great for music appreciation and also help build social-emotional skills! Teaching kids about gratitude is a mindset that will benefit them for years to come. Research tells us that gratitude has many benefits, including greater life satisfaction and better attitudes about school.

Gratitude provides perspective for kids–they can learn to see through the eyes of others, and through that, they can learn to form healthy relationships with themselves and others.

For children, gratitude can be experienced through direct experience, through dramatization, and through adult modeling. We’ve included games, meditations, activities, crafts, and yoga poses to help get in touch with a sense of gratitude.

Printable Gratitude Yoga Cards
