Active Reading Strategy Bundle
By Language Arts Excellence
Get ready for the upcoming school year and save 20% with this awesome bundle to reinforce active reading strategies in your classroom! Product includes:
6 Classroom Signs: Each sign features one active reading strategy and what it means. I print these signs out on cardstock and keep them up on my wall all year long so that they become a part of my students' vocabulary.
12 Book Marks: This product contains 12 bookmarks (9 in color, 3 in black and white) with 6 active reading strategies and their definitions. I laminate these bookmarks and distribute them at the beginning of the school year to all of my students to remind them that they should be active reading every time they read. These would also be a great end of year present to your students for their summer reading!
36 Task Cards: This product contains 36 unique task cards with thought-provoking questions for novel study arranged by 6 active reading strategies (Predict, Connect, Visualize, Question, Evaluate, Clarify). The uses for these cards are endless but I suggest laminating the cards and using them during literature circles or book clubs!
