This bookmark resource provides you with 5 quick tasks to practice. It includes isolating beginning, middle, and ending sounds and blending and segmenting sounds. There is a small list of words provided so that you don't have to think them up. Keep this small bookmark in your purse, on a clipboard, on your lanyard, or anywhere that you can quickly grab and go!

3 (or more) day small group planner that I used for my reading groups. I used this for my groups that I needed to meet with more frequently. This was a simple and easy way to plan my small groups.

This isn't an ordinary CVC word list. This list organizes these CVC words into two groups. Words that begin with continuous sounds and words that begin with stop sounds.

You will want to use words with continuous sounds to support beginning and struggling readers.

Writer's Workshop - First Twenty Days outline This gives you a twenty day introduction to writers' workshop in the middle grades. From going through the rules of the workshop, to editing vs. conferencing, to the different genre of writing. Everything is covered or introduced in this twenty day plan.
