Spring Themed Addition Centers and Activities for Kindergarten

These spring themed addition centers are great for practicing addition within 10. These kindergarten math centers provides grade practice for addition math facts, but having students find the sum or missing addend. Students will practice adding within 10 and practice decomposing numbers up to 5 in these math centers.
These addition centers have students practice addition using number bonds. These hands on centers provide many opportunities for students to practice addition facts and missing addends.
What is Included:
Students will find these math centers engaging and fun. They will clip, sort, match and write to solve each addition problem. These centers are easily differentiated so students on different levels can still be successful.
These centers are easy and low prep, just print, laminate and cut. They can be used as task boxes, traditional math centers or as morning basket or morning tub activities.

Each mat features a large letter for students to build out of playdough and at the bottom of each page are tracing lines for students to practice writing the word represented by the picture. Alphabet Clip Card Bundle for All Four Seasons

These alphabet clip cards are the perfect way for preschoolers and kindergartners to practice letter recognition and matching capital and lowercase letters. Students can also practice building fine motor skills by using clips to mark each letter.
What is Included:
There are 4 clip cards for each letter of the alphabet. Activities include matching the capital letter to a matching capital letter, matching a lowercase letter to the matching lowercase letter and matching capital letters with the correct lowercase letters.
How to Use:
Students will take one clip card, look at the letter on the card and then clip the letter that matches. The teach may choose to use small manipulatives, like mini erasers, bingo chips or counters to mark each correct response. The cards can also be laminated for students to use dry erase markers to mark correct answers.

These letter clip cards are a low prep option for teachers to give to students to complete. The cards simply need to be printed and cut apart before being placed inside a learning station.

Number Recognition Center or Whole Group Games Bundle

These themed number games are a great addition to any themed center for students who are practicing number recognition up to 100. This game is for small group instruction or can be used as a whole class game.
Designed for the pocket chart, Where's the Object? is a game for centers or whole group instruction where an object is hidden behind another object. A poem is chanted where the student(s) must say the number they think the hidden object is behind. Once guessed, the number is removed. If the hidden object is there, then it must be hidden again to play further. If is is not there, then the poem is chanted again and a new letter is guessed. This game has numbers 1 through 100.

If the ladybug is behind the flower, then the ladybug must be hidden again to play further. If the ladybug is not behind the flower, then the poem is chanted again with a new sight word.
