Students will fill in the petals on the flower with words from the list provided or from other sources to encourage positive self talk.

This product includes 20 positive affirmation cards. A positive affirmation card can be distributed to each student over the course of 20 days. The positive affirmation cards help to improve your students self esteem regarding school, project they are working on, tests they may take, and friendship.

In this product, students will label the following cards to match what a friend what do and an unfriendly friend would do. There are a total of 8 friend cards and 8 unfriendly friend cards. On the back of the file folder, students can match pictures showing what a friend and unfriendly friend would do. There are 8 friend pictures and 8 unfriendly friend pictures that can be changed out. The back of the file folder holds up to 4 friend and unfriendly friend cards at a time.

Students will use this Valentine's Day mindfulness activity, to write about what brings them happiness and makes them feel good. Students will cut out the candy hearts and will write their responses on the each candy heart. Students can then glue the candy hearts on or around the jar.
