This inquiry-based project allows students to explore how daily lifestyle choices affect personal health and well-being. The purpose is to engage students in researching and analyzing factors that influence health, while also applying their findings to real-world scenarios. Students will identify and explain at least five different factors impacting well-being, document their research process, and present their conclusions supported by evidence. The project includes a health influences web to connect various health factors, interviews with community health professionals about local services, and a mini-experiment focusing on small lifestyle changes. Students will evaluate their habits, reflect on their experiences, and share their findings through oral presentations and a detailed inquiry folder.
