This resource is designed to help Kambree identify her anxiety levels, communicate her needs to staff, and implement effective coping strategies to support her participation in classroom activities. It consists of an Emotion Thermometer Visual to gauge feelings, prompts for verbal expression of emotions and needs, and a menu of coping strategies to choose from during times of anxiety. Through this tool, Kambree learns to articulate her feelings, understand her emotional states, and adopt appropriate coping mechanisms.
