What exactly is an affirmation? An affirmation is a short phrase that students recite with the purpose of empowering, supporting, and/or encouraging themselves.

An affirmation station is a safe space, usually involving a mirror, where students can calmly and positively reflect on themselves. Simply place these beautiful and affirming adjectives/phrases around the mirror and allow students to come and go as they please! You can also use this in a more routine way, which can help students with goal-setting each day!

The resource includes:

• 36 pre-made affirmation cards
• 12 header options (4 pages, 2 different titles, multiple designs/colors)
• 18 "I am" editable affirmation cards (3 designs, 6 of each design)
• 18 BLANK editable affirmation cards (3 designs, 6 of each design)
• 12 blank student name cards (2 pages)

Since this includes a Google Slides resource, each editable page can be DUPLICATED as needed, which means you can create as many of your own affirmations and/or students cards as you need or want! Text boxes have already been added for you - just edit and go!
