Monday Madness - Fun, silly, age-appropriate jokes

  • On the first day of school, what did the students say their 3 favorite words were? (June, July, August)
  • What's the difference between a teacher and a train?? (A teacher says, "spit out that gum!" and a train says, "chew-chew" (choo-choo)!!

Tuesday - Tongue Twisters (not your average tongue-twister here!)

  • A skunk sat on a stump and thunk the stump stunk, but the stump thunk the skunk stunk!
  • Say "Toy Boat" 10 times really fast (are you saying "toy boat"....or "toy boyt??"

Wednesday - Our Weird, Wild, and Wacky World (interesting facts from around the world with a focus on animals)

  • Cows have best friends. True or False?? (True - and their heart rate will increase when away from their best buddy!)
  • Google is named after a number. True or False?? (True - Google is named after the number googol, which is the number "1" followed by 100 zeros)

Thursday - Riddles (time to get your brain working!)

  • I'm orange, I wear a green hat, and a sound like a parrot. What am I? (A carrot).
  • What word is spelled wrong in the dictionary? (The word "wrong").

Fri-YAY - Polls (fun way to get everyone engaged!). The responses to the polls will show up on your slide!

  • Would you rather have (1) a magic carpet that flies, (2) A personal robot, or (3) A spacecraft?
  • What superpower would you want if you were a super hero? Super strength, ability to fly, invisibility, ability to change into an animal.
