Writing a Ballad Stanza Poem can be a fun and interesting project for your students. Students will learn what a stanza and a verse are, what poems are called when they have a different amount of lines. Students will also learn what is included in a ballad stanza poem and which lines rhyme. An example of three possible poem theme ideas, a ballad stanza poem example, a ballad stanza poem brainstorming chart, and 3 ballad stanza poem templates are included in this product.

At the end of the product, there is a reminder checklist, to help remind students to go back and check their work once it is completed.
