This no prep SEL activity has students reflecting on times they persevered, their friendships, overcoming hardship, what they learned about themselves, grit, and other topics. In a reflect and share manner of participation, students will participate in small discussion groups, write about their experiences, and take a fun walk down memory lane as they complete the activity with an engaging Top 10 list.

This activity can be completed in 1 class with homework, expanded over 2 classes, or completed during the last 10 minutes of several classes. Other options include selecting only one set of questions on which students can reflect.
