Positive Classroom Behavior Management System - Coffee Themed
By Christina Bush
Having trouble coming up with a classroom behavior management system that involves student buy-in and and accountability? This tried and true method will promote positive reinforcement while keeping your students fully engaged!
Inspiration for this classroom management system comes from one of my favorite places: Starbucks ☕. They have what they call "Green Apron Cards," which are given to their fellow partners (employees) who stand out in certain areas:
Welcoming
Genuine
Knowledgeable
Considerate
Involved
I use these principals to keep my class running smoothly, while holding each other accountable.
