Back to School Color by CVC Word puzzles covering short a, e, i, o, and u word families. Each color by word puzzle features 5 to 7 CVC words for a vowel family in two difficulty levels for 10 puzzles total. I've included both a picture clue set and a word clue set. In the picture clue set, students look at the picture of the word and then find the corresponding word to color. In the word clue set, students have the CVC word to look at and find the matching word to color in the puzzle. No prep! Just print and go.

Welcome students back to school with these fun letter sorting center games! Comes with two center games for students to sort capital and lowercase letters. In each game, students pick a letter card to place on the mat and then find all the matching letters.

In one center game, students pick a sun letter card and place it above the school yard on the sorting mat. Then they find all the matching letter students and fill the school yard with them! In the other, students place a chalk letter on the chalkboard and then place all the matching letter backpacks and lunchboxes in the classroom.

All pieces can be laminated for durability and used over and over in sorting centers. Comes with three different cards for each letter so students can practice with capital, lowercase, or both.

This workbook has been designed for early learners to solidify and build their number sense by exploring more and less. This is a great beginning of the year workbook which is easy to print and supports skill development for counting, adding and number sense.

As the student progresses through the workbook, the difficulty increases from exploring one more/one less, five more/five less, ten more/ten less from initial numbers between 1-10, 10-20, 20-50, 50-100. Additionally, visual counters are used to support students recognising the visual representation of a number.

This back to school themed letter and number seek and find activity makes a great hands on literacy or math center for the preschool or kindergarten classroom. Students will have fun tracing letters and finding numbers with these crayon themed letter recognition and number recognition matching mats. Types of Activities

• Create a hands on literacy or math center by placing the mats and cards in a center.
• Create a write and wipe activity by laminating the mats or placing them in page protectors and providing a dry erase marker.

• Write the Room activity where the teacher hides the cards around the room and students find them to write or trace on their mats.

Letter Recognition Games

These phonics clip cards for beginning sounds are great for a transportation themed literacy center. Each clip card features a real life photographic image of something transportation themed with three choices for students to choose from to pick the correct beginning sound, blend or diagraph.

What is included:

• 17 Beginning Sound Cards

The cards are available in two formats. The first set includes the word with the beginning sound, blend or digraph missing for the student to clip. The second set just has the picture for students to identify the beginning sounds.

How to Use:

Students will look at the picture, say the word that represents the picture, then they will use a clip to mark the correct beginning sound, beginning blend or beginning digraph. Once completed, the cards and clips can be easily stored inside a task box.

These fall candy corn alphabet clip cards are the perfect way for preschoolers and kindergartners to practice letter recognition and matching capital and lowercase letters with an apple theme. Students can also practice building fine motor skills by using clips to mark each letter.

What is Included:

There are 4 clip cards for each letter of the alphabet. Activities include matching the capital letter to a matching capital letter, matching a lowercase letter to the matching lowercase letter and matching capital letters with the correct lowercase letters.

How to Use:

Students will take one clip card, look at the letter on the apple card and then clip the letter that matches. The teach may choose to use small manipulatives, like mini erasers, bingo chips or counters to mark each correct response. The cards can also be laminated for students to use dry erase markers to mark correct answers.

These apple letter clip cards are a low prep option for teachers to give to students to complete. The cards simply need to be printed and cut apart before being placed inside a learning station.

Trace the path between the school themed objects with these tracing cards with a back to school theme. There are two sets of tracing line with 52 cards each (for a total of 104 cards) with a variety of tracing lines including curves, loops, zig zags and more!

These tracing cards give students practice with handwriting by having them trace a variety of lines. They help guide students to follow the line from left to right to mimic how students will eventually learn to write words and sentences and these lines allow students to practice pen control.

There are two sets of cards in this product:

• The first set has a decorative boarder where you can print on white paper.
• The second set has no border so you can print on colored paper and save on ink!

In this packet, students will help the bus make it to school, help the teacher find her marker, put the notebook in the backpack, and help the pencil find the paper.
