I like to use a basic job chart. There are 9 different color options. I have mine laminated and hanging vertically on a ribbon. I use clothespins with their names on them to show who is doing which job.

3 pages to help every student know where they live and how to reach someone in case of an emergency and a self portrait and self description incase of any unthinkable events.

Better to be over prepared than under prepared!
