Provides a place to put observations, questions, and draw models to show thinking throughout the lesson.
Students observe a phenomenon (video, activity, lab, demonstration) and are then asked to write down at least 5 observations, 3 questions, and draw a model to show what they are currently thinking.
Provides space for additional models to show how learning evolves throughout the unit.
