These multiplication fact booklets can be used to help students understand the concept of multiplication through repeated addition using equal groups as well as help them memorize multiplication facts. Check out the blog post here for more information on the booklets.

The previous set of multiplication booklets was winter themed, while this new set is not holiday/season themed making it suitable for use anytime during the year.

I have made use of cute clipart such as ducks, aliens, gumballs, cookies and donuts to make learning the multiplication facts fun.

There are 12 total booklets (1 facts-12 facts) that are each seven pages long and are cut into half to make a booklet that's 14 pages in total. Each booklet also contains a facts page for the multiplication fact so the student can refer to it if necessary. Check out the blog post about these booklets here.

On each page students will fill in the blanks for the following details:

• number of equal groups
• number of counting items for the groups shown (e.g. number of donuts in each box, number of fish in the bowl, etc)
• write the repeated addition equation for the groups shown (not present in the 1's fact booklet) and add up the total. There is one blank for each group, so the 12 booklet has 12 blanks to fill.
• number of groups of counting items (e.g. 3 groups of 4, or 5 groups of 6 and so on)
• Finally, they will write the multiplication statement. This will help them to connect the repeated addition equation to the multiplication fact that they have written down and the answers can be compared to check whether they are the same.

The booklets can be used as morning work, bell work, extra activities for early finishers, or even homework. The booklets come in one version, for front only copies.

Teaching students these multiplication foundations, is a tremendous help to students as they work on math fluency and automaticity.

1. Listening Sheet - There are no wrong answers! Students can note how they feel and what they imagine while listening to a selected piece of music. Choose from the musical instruments, nature scenes, colors, and more.
2. Weather & Feelings - Weather is a recurring theme in classical music. Does a musical piece remind the listener of a snowy day or a cheerful sunny afternoon? Students can select the weather symbols that come to mind. Is the music happy or sad? A set of emotional characters allows your group to pick the feelings that best relate to a piece of music.
3. Listen & Color a Carnival - Students can color their own carnival while listening to the selected music! Which carnival rides and activities would best fit a piece of music? Does the tempo feel like a roller coaster or a peaceful swing ride in the sky? Choose a tasty treat from the snack bar, then stop at the prize booth before finishing. There are no wrong answers!
4. Emoji Checkbox Listening - This listening sheet style is all about checkboxes! Students note how they feel and what they imagine while listening to a selected piece of music. This spring Easter Bunny comparing and contrasting activity is a great language activity for speech therapy students or English language learners learning to compare and contrast. Behavior Bingo is a behavior incentive tool to add to your elementary classroom management plan. There is a Google Slides version and a PDF version. 

You can move over a piece to the bingo board for Google Slides when the students earn it. You can decide on what kind of reward system to implement. If students transition from one subject to another in a certain amount of time or if they are quiet in the hallway, they earn a bingo piece. 

This can be a part of the various classroom management strategies that you have already in your classroom. This can be used on a whiteboard or a bulletin board with the printable bingo boards and board pieces. You can laminate the board and pieces for longevity purposes. The bingo pieces can be cut out and placed in a basket or somewhere where they can be pulled out easily. When students earn a bingo piece, you or a student can pull out a bingo piece. An expo marker can be used to cross out the matching square. When students have earned four-in-a-row or have filled the whole bingo board, the students earn a reward. 

This is an excellent way to keep students motivated and your classroom management system running like a well-oiled machine.

Do I need to use a specific Bible Story Book?

No! While I prefer to use The Beginner’s Bible Timeless Children’s Stories by Zondervan with these lessons, they are not required. You can easily use your own favorite Bible Story book, Scripture, or simply read the Bible Summary in the actual lesson that retells the Bible story.

Statement of Faith:

I believe that the Bible is the inspired, infallible Word of God. I believe that Jesus is fully God and fully human, born of a virgin, lived a sinless life and paid the penalty for our sins through his death on the cross, resurrected on the third day having victory over death. I believe in the trinity, that God is existent in 3 separate persons - God the Father, the Son, and Holy Spirit. I believe, as Calvary Chapel states, “that all people are by nature separated from God and responsible for their own sin, but that salvation, redemption, and forgiveness are freely offered to all by the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ. Falling into Writing: A Fall-Themed Writing Experience!

Overview: Engage your kindergarten students in a fun and creative writing activity this fall! This versatile writing set includes three different levels, allowing every student to participate at their own comfort level.
