This is a paper based, HOLIDAY themed resource. Products featured are Christmas, Hanukkah, Kwanza and Winter themed.

This resource is designed to expose students to a variety of real-world shopping situations. Students are given a prices on products and are asked to look at the money provided and determine if they have enough money. Students will also be asked look at the price of real products and identify the correct amount of money needed. Students will also calculate totals of multiple items

How to use this product:

•Print out and have students complete as a worksheet/ workbook.

•Print & laminate for repeated use for fast finishers.

•Project pages onto the board to complete as a class. Have students take turns coloring or circling the correct amount of money.

•Project pages onto board and have student use the cut out or laminated money to present the correct dollar up amount needed for each question.

Have HOLIDAY / CHRISTMAS FUN with this Money Math / Sight Word Bundle! Your students will practice holiday themed vocabulary / spelling words and Mixed Money Math skills with accompanying Task Cards & Sight Word Cards!! Functional reading and math skills skills such as identifying letters, counting money, unscrambling letters to make words, using the next dollar up method to make purchased and reading basic sight or functional words are critical to successful daily living. Do your students need additional support identifying letters, spelling vocabulary words, and writing words? In these HOLIDAY / CHRISTMAS Money math / Sight Word Bundle of worksheets, Google Slides, Task Cards, and Sight Word Cards, your students will practice identifying letters in a word, creating words out of scrambled letters, and write new vocabulary words related to the Holiday season. ✤The Google Slides activity is BEST assigned/presented in PRESENT mode, as this allows the students to self-check their answer and keep practicing until they get it correct!

✤ To Print Task Cards: The Task Cards, as downloaded, are 1/2 page which are great for students that need a larger size. To print 4x6 index card sized task cards, select "2 pages per sheet". To print 3x5 index card sized task cards, select "4 pages per sheet". These are not designed to print directly to index card template paper. What has worked best for my students was to print to on heavy duty card stock and laminate.

These low prep and engaging task cards are a great way to practice identifying and matching emotions. Great for younger students, special eductation, students working on fine motor skills; and nonverbal students. Students will identify the emotion on the top of the task card and find the corresponding emotion. They can clip a clothes pin on the emotion or circle it with a dry erase marker. 

Resource also includes emotion mats. Students will get to practice drawing in the different emotions. Each mat provides an example of how they can draw the emotions-perfect for those still struggling or who need an extra assist. Great for 1:1, small groups, centers, quiet work, etc.
