1st Grade Math Centers (by price, low to high)

Cross and toss is a dice game that allows students to practice their addition or multiplications facts in a fun way.

Students take turns rolling two dice and add the numbers shown. Then they cover or cross that number on the recording sheet provided.

Roll a pumpkin game, perfect for October! Students will roll a die and the number rolled corresponds with something to draw on the pumpkin. Also included are a few different pumpkin shapes that the students can pick from. I had my students do this for 10-15 minutes and just see how many things they could add to their pumpkin. This would also work great as a math center!

Students will have lots of fun completing subtraction facts all while going around the room searching for their next clue (answer).

This is a great movement exercise to get those students moving while learning and memorizing subtraction facts.

This fun game is perfect for those hectic days before Christmas, or as a supplement to your "snow" or "winter" theme. Students improve their math skills as they roll the dice to discover which part of the snowman they will draw next!

This is a free example of our Counting Puzzle Strips. A large image is cut into strips. When the strips are placed in order, a picture is revealed. Our Full version is available here

This product is a digital puzzle that requires students to complete 50 basic addition fact fluency problems. The link to the digital puzzle is on a clickable PDF that you would download once purchased. Students will put the answers in the answer box. This activity is no prep and is self checking. If the student puts the correct answer in, the answer box will turn green and a piece of the digital puzzle will appear in the green box to the right. In addition to this, an emoji pops up next to the correct answer. If the student puts in the wrong answer, the answer box will turn red and no puzzle piece will appear. Students will know that they have completed the activity correctly when all answer boxes are green and all 50 puzzle pieces are there, forming a picture of a panda eating ice cream on the beach.

This product would be great for fast finishers, independent practice, a time filler activity, day before break activity, center work, etc. Students will love this activity and the challenge of completing the puzzle!

Baseball themed counting clip cards & numbers to 20. Print and laminate the cards to use as stations, warmup work, counting practice, independence or morning desk work.

Handy during the fall season, this simple pumpkin template is basic and usefull, perfect for any activity of your choice. This template can be used in various ways and across different subjects in any curriculum.
