Create an engaging learning space for genre exploration with these fiction and nonfiction genre posters for your ELA classroom!

Print these fun bookmarks on colored or white cardstock and provide them to your students. The goal is to challenge the students to read and keep up with the number of books they read. Once they have finished a book, they are to color it to reflect they have finished the book.

You may also choose to laminate and them and have them use a permanent marker to cross out the emoji.

Getting out and exploring the colors and textures of fall is a great introduction to nature for all students! With our fall scavenger hunt have adventures in nature and have fun practicing counting to five and identifying colors.

They can be used in whole group instruction on the projector, in small group instruction differentiated to what students need, in a center rotation, or even for homework. Use the corresponding lesson AFTER it is explicitly taught and continue to use the same activity until the next vowel is taught, then move to the next level.

This isn't an ordinary CVC word list. This list organizes these CVC words into two groups. Words that begin with continuous sounds and words that begin with stop sounds.

You will want to use words with continuous sounds to support beginning and struggling readers.

This is a great resource to use when planning your instruction! Happy Planning! :)
