Adding self-regulation and anger management activities for kids into your curriculum is a game-changer. Teach students calming strategies, anger management strategies, and coping skills, all while building their own anger aliens with this creative and engaging hands-on activity.
Encourage your students to identify, describe, and learn ways to manage their feelings through the creation of an anger monster. You will be blown away to see students implement anger management strategies they learned through the creation of their anger monster into their everyday lives.
Here are the download details:
Each of the ten anger alien templates includes various types of questions for differentiating based on ability levels. The anger alien templates include a variety of drawing and writing activities designed to calm students while challenging them to think of ways to manage their anger.
Your students will love designing and creating their very own anger aliens. Students will be able to express themselves and gain a better understanding of ways to cope with and manage their anger. Mixing creativity with emotional regulation makes this the perfect self-regulation activity for kids.
Minimal prep time is required. Directions are included on each page to help you walk students through cutting, gluing, and coloring their monsters. The templates are contained to one page, saving on valuable ink and supplies.

This engaging "Worry Monsters" activity helps students learn how to manage their worry and anxiety in a productive way. Students will learn how to let go of their worries and manage their anxiety with this cut-and-glue Worry Monsters activity.
Give students the ability to clear their minds and work through their worries with this Worry Monster activity. Students will learn coping strategies for anxiety and ways to deal with their anxiety/worry with this cute craftivity.
