E-I Stem-Changing Verbs Box Game | Cuadritos

Are you looking for a quick, fun way to get your students practicing the conjugations of E to I stem-changing verbs in ANY tense or mood in Spanish? This fun, no-prep activity is an engaging way to practice verb conjugations and sentence writing! You can specify the tense and mood, so this could be used at any level! All you need is one copy of the game sheet for each group and recording pages for each student.
This activity can be done in pairs or in small groups and it's a great way to fill a few extra minutes when your lesson ends early or on days with irregular schedules (like standardized test days, pep rallies, early releases, etc). This is also a great learning station activity. My students love playing Cuadritos and beg to play whenever we get the chance!

French Verb Être Present Tense Dots and Boxes Game No prep printable

Looking for a quick, easy and fun no-prep game to use when teaching present tense être with and without negation? This is a one-page dots & boxes game that will engage your students with a lot of exposure to reading, spelling, conjugating, and pronunciation.
This game can be laminated and used repeatedly with dry-erase markers or played on an iPad with annotation/whiteboard tools. The bundle will save you 50%!
How to play (written on the game page in English): Complete more boxes than your opponent. Each player draws lines using a different color. On your turn, make a horizontal or vertical line from one dot to another. Say the verbs on either side of the line you drew. If you complete a box on your turn, draw an X in the box using your color. Once all of the boxes have been completed, count to see who got the most.

Spanish Reading Comprehension Scavenger Hunt Game Accident Theme

Is reading comprehension getting boring in your Spanish class? Turn it into a game! This story about a mysterious accident goes from dull to exciting as students work together and move around the room! This is a simple “print and go” with no work for the teacher!
The students play the role of the crime scene investigator. They have to read all 10 parts of the story to get the full picture of what took place at the scene of an accident. While they read the parts, they are also looking for “code words”. Students record the code words on a special answer sheet that will eventually lead them to solving the mystery of how this accident happened! It’s so much fun!
After, you can decide which of the 3 follow-up activities you want to do with your students. There are a True or False Activity, Put Events in Order Activity and Tell Me in Your Own Words Activity. Answer keys are also included. Best of all? If there’s something you’d like to change for your students, you are free to edit!

La Ropa y Los Accesorios Clothing Vocab Puzzle with Pictures

Are your students bored of worksheets but still need to practice vocabulary recognition? This fun vocabulary puzzle is a great way to practice or review clothing, accessory, and color vocabulary with your elementary or secondary class. The puzzle is completely free of English, but still very comprehensible, thanks to the great clip art. My students really enjoy when we use this as a competition against their classmates. Speed Dating Cards+Game Board- Spanish

Use the cards on their own or use the game board with the cards. Use this activity to practice for the oral component of the AP Exam. Have students sit in lines in order to facilitate rotation. I suggest you provide students with a time limit (plus a timer). If the students use it as a game they can play in groups, but if you want fast pace answers, I suggest you set up the activity as an actual speed date. The questions involve students stepping out of their comfort zone and really get their practice on!

French Verb Avoir - Present Tense Conjugation Board Game and Worksheet

Just print and go with this French board game and worksheet activity to conjugate the verb avoir in the present tense. The board game includes 37 numbered boxes. The first player to reach box 37 wins. No prep for you! Take a look at the preview for full details on everything that is included, and save with the bundle!
Board Game: Some boxes require students to conjugate the verb using the provided subject pronoun, and others require them to name the subject pronoun that matches the verb conjugation. Lots of repetition will really help them to memorize the French verb avoir in the present tense. There are a few fun tricks along the way, so getting to the end isn’t always so easy.
In groups of two to four, players take turns rolling a die to move their pieces forward. Spaces are numbered to keep track of which way they’re moving. There are some spaces with special instructions:
For an extra challenge and to extend playing time, you can tell your students that they have to land directly on the last square and answer it correctly to win.
Worksheet: One page worksheet - Half of the page requires students to fill in subject pronouns, and the other half requires them to conjugate the verb. This is a great way to prep for the board game!
