There are may political, economic, and social factors that reshape our world and our maps. Students will participate in the introductory PowerPoint presentation and will visit historical events that have shaped our world and today's maps. You may hear about natural disasters often, but some of the deadliest disasters in world history have been environmental disasters caused by human activity.
