The role-play has students in groups of 4 ideally. With each student playing the role of the Big three and Germany. Using the background cards, the players try to achieve the objective of their nation with the treaty. They write out their conditions on the provided A3 Treaty Worksheet before sharing their decision against he actual treaty, were they more or less hard?.

World War History - Treaty of Versailles - Role-play/Simulation, Slides, Source

No prep slides for this and engaging fun role-play/simulation activity with supporting worksheets and lessons plans for middle/high school students. Plus Source analysis guide and task to examine the reaction to the treaty.

The role-play has students in groups of 4 ideally. With each student playing the role of the Big three and Germany. Using the background cards, the players try to achieve the objective of their nation with the treaty. They write out their conditions on the provided A3 Treaty Worksheet before sharing their decision against he actual treaty, were they more or less hard?.

Then proceeded to analysis four sources (in the in step by step Poworpoint) on the reaction to the Treaty of Versailles. Its lots of fun.
